Refund policy
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR GHOST ARMOR PRODUCT FOR THE DEVICE LISTED ABOVE FOR ANY EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR REPLACEMENT WORK.
Ghost Armor Care Instructions, Replacement, and Other Information:
1. Please be aware that bubbling may be visible on the device for up to 2 hours after Ghost Armor application.
2. Do not place your device anywhere that creates friction for a minimum of 48 hours.
3. Half Price Lifetime Replacement is applicable only to the Ghost Armor product (Ghost, Matte, Carbon) purchased for the model of device on this receipt and is subject to a fee if replacement armor is provided. Ghost Armor does not provide any warranty for the device itself.
4. Half Price Lifetime Replacement is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
5. Armor may be replaced WITHOUT a Replacement Fee within 7 days of the original purchase date if the product or installation is defective.
6. After 30 days of the original purchase date, a Half Price Replacement Fee will be charged for any warranty or replacement claim.
7. Tempered Glass will break if a device sustains an impact. Tempered Glass is covered under our Replacement Program, but is not otherwise subject to a warranty of any kind and is not eligible for a return.
8. Bumpers and other accessories are not subject to warranty/replacement or refunds.
9. If your receipt contains any incorrect information, please contact Ghost Armor at 040-039-1975.
10. Please note there will be a Half Retail Price charge for re-installation on each piece of free material. Ask you sales rep if you have any additional questions or to see if this applies to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ghost Armor Australia Pty Ltd, Westfield Chermside, Chermside QLD 4032, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
